**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough assessments of current warehouse processes, systems (WMS/ERP), and logistics workflows to identify bottlenecks and deliver cost savings.
- Design and recommend innovative, data-driven solutions for warehouse optimization, layout redesign, and automation implementation to enhance efficiency and reduce operational expenditure.
- Analyze vendor contracts, operational spending, and labor costs, recommending and implementing strategies to increase gross margins and overall business profitability.
- Advise on the selection, configuration, and successful integration of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), robotics, and other automation technologies to support scalable growth.
- Lead high-impact implementation projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget, achieving defined performance and revenue objectives.
- Assist in migration from Oracle - SCM to new Business Application
- Assist the Software Development Team in designing the new WMS and Supply Chain Module by providing necessary guidance and inputs based on industry standards
- Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within the existing clients and new markets by leveraging our logistics and warehousing capabilities.
- Develop and present compelling business cases for expanding service offerings (e.g., value-added services, final-mile delivery, specialized storage).
- Collaborate with the Marketing teams to translate operational efficiencies into a competitive advantage and profitable service contracts.
- **10+ years** of progressive experience in warehouse operations or logistics with a Logistics (3PL) or a Supply Chain company
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, project-based **Supply Chain or Warehouse Consulting engagements** on a contracting or part time basis.
- Demonstrated success in **designing and building an end-to-end Supply Chain model** or network from a conceptual stage through to implementation readiness.
- Extensive Experience in B**usiness development** within a logistics/warehousing environment.
- Deep functional expertise with leading **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)** and strong proficiency in financial and data modeling. Should be able to contribute in the design of WMS module and establish the processes.
- Must be available to begin the assignment immediately and commit to the a minimum of **6-month** term.
