Alhaya Group is looking for a Receptionist with outstanding administrative and communication skills. A Receptionist is expected to be a sharp and conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize to a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls to the appropriate department and taking down messages.
- Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Accepting all letters and packages and distributing them to their appropriate departments.
- Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Ensuring the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
- Ordering front office supplies and keeping inventory of stock, and maintaining updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Supporting all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Providing clerical and administrative support to HR.
- Handling administrative requests and queries.
- Performing other related duties.
Job Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service oriented.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions and attention to detail.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Willing to join immediately.
