- Ensure the proper conservation, utilizationand profitability of the company'sassets.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor'sDegree in Finance, Commerce orMarketing
- Master's Degree in Financeor CA degree in in the same field ispreferred
- 5 years' experience in datamining and financial modelling
- 3+years' experience in retail as a businessanalyst
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerBI
- Knowledge of SQL, VB is anadvantage
Financial Planning andForecasting
- Lead theannual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company goals andaccurate financial projections.
- Develop andmaintain rolling forecasts, incorporating the latest data onrevenue, expenses, and capitalexpenditures.
- Coordinate with differentdepartments to gather inputs for budgets and forecasts, ensuringconsistency and accuracy across all businessunits.
FinancialAnalysis andReporting
- Providedetailed financial analysis and variance analysis to understand thereasons behind budget-to-actualdiscrepancies.
- Analyze key performanceindicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and trends to identify areasfor improvement and cost-savingopportunities.
- Prepare and present regularfinancial reports, dashboards, and presentations to seniormanagement, highlighting financial performance and strategicinsights.

- Develop andmaintain financial models to support decision-making, such aspricing models, scenario analysis, and investmentappraisals.
