Patient Education: Assess patient needs, create patient education materials, and provide ongoing education on various health topics. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards. Ongoing Professional Development: Participate in professional development and stay updated with advancements in nursing practice and occupational health. Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and assist in implementing evidence-based practices to enhance the overall health of employees. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or equivalent). Licensing: Valid nursing license as per the relevant regulations in the location. Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a nursing role, preferably in an industrial or occupational health setting. Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle emergencies, and proficiency in managing health records.
