What Youll Do As a Service and Sales Engineer you will: Apply technical and customer insights to identify and sell service solutions. Proactively seek new business opportunities and drive service sales across markets and industries. Prepare quotations negotiate pricing and follow up on sales to close deals. Collaborate with sales service Backoffice logistic teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Conduct market research and develop strategies to expand service offerings. Provide technical advice and support to clients introducing new or existing service products. Uphold health safety and environmental standards during all activities. Key Responsibilities Service Sales: Lead the service sales process identify customer needs forecast and achieve targets. Business Development: Analyze markets develop campaigns and support strategic growth. Technical Support: Be the go-to expert for client queries and technical solutions. General Duties: Ensure compliance with HSE policies and contribute to a safe work environment. What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field). Minimum 3 years of proven experience in service sales within a manufacturing environment. Exposure to the pumps industry is a plus. Strong presentation negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and travel domestically as needed. Fluent in English both spoken and written.
