2. Knowledgeof Cocktails and BeverageMenus

  • Upselling: Use knowledge of cocktails and beverages to suggest premium drinksor recommend new or signature cocktails to enhance the guestexperience.
  • Drink PreparationBasics: Understand the basics of how drinks are madeand served, even if you're not directly makingthem.

  • OrderManagement: Juggle multiple tables orguests' orders efficiently while maintaining attention todetail.

4.Physical Stamina andDexterity

Desired candidate profile

As a cocktail server at Nobu, you will provide hands-onsupport and assistance to colleagues to ensure that the bestexperience is provided to our guests, whilst delivering anexceptional standard of service.

You will befamiliar with the complete beverage menu, knowledgeable on allpromotional activities. In addition to the above a priority of thisrole will be to closely monitor the consistency of food andbeverage items that are being served to ensure overall servicequality, escalating any major problems or complaints tomanagement.

AboutYou

The ideal candidate musthave a passion for hospitality with a minimum 2 years'experience in a similar role with a proven track record of workingin an exclusive restaurant or bar around the world. The successfulcandidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a teamplayer, manage multiple tasks and have confidence in dealing with adiverse set of clienteles.
