A CocktailWaitress is an essential member of the service teamin bars, lounges, restaurants, or nightclubs. They are responsiblefor delivering drinks and food to guests, ensuring exceptionalcustomer service, and maintaining a clean and organizedenvironment. The role requires excellent communication skills, theability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge ofthe drink menu.

Desired candidate profile

As a Cocktail Waitress at Ling Ling, you will providehands-on support and assistance to colleagues to ensure that thehighest levels of fine dining service and courtesy are provided toour guests, whilst delivering an exceptional standard ofservice.

You will be familiar with thecomplete food and beverage menu, knowledgeable on all promotionalactivities. In addition to the above a priority of this role willbe to closely monitor the consistency of food and beverage itemsthat are being served to ensure overall service quality, escalatingany major problems or complaints tomanagement.

AboutYou

The ideal candidate musthave a passion for hospitality with a minimum 2 years'experience in a similar role with a proven track record of workingin a fine dining restaurant. The successful candidate must possessexcellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multipletasks and have confidence in dealing with a diverse set ofclienteles.
