Functional Roles andResponsibilities
•Efficient and courteous handling of telephone calls, providenecessary information /guidance to thecaller
and transfer the calls to the relevantpersonnel in the office.
• Controlthe distribution of access cards for the visitors and maintain aregister to log in the details
•Ensure that cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the receptionarea and essential housekeeping
standards areadhered to represent an appropriate corporateimage.
• Ensure that all equipment /furniture are always in proper working condition and impeccablymaintained.
• Coordinate and manageroom bookings (Business centre and L&D) in an efficient andprompt manner
