Description Ontime Group is seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to join our dynamic this role you will leverage your telesales expertise to connect with potential clients promote our healthcare solutions and drive sales through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to targeted prospects to promote our healthcare services and offerings. Effectively articulate the value of our solutions to potential clients addressing any inquiries or concerns. Create and maintain a database of leads documenting interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system. Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-up strategies. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance lead conversion rates. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Track and analyze market trends to provide valuable feedback to the management team. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and knowledge of healthcare services. Requirements Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive manner. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
