Job Purpose:

To manage endtoend credit cardcampaigns from conceptualization and execution to monitoring andfulfillment ensuring alignment with business objectives compliancerequirements and customer needs.

KeyResponsibilities:

CampaignManagement:

1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive creditcard acquisition usage and retention.

2. Designcampaign mechanics including offers discounts cashback rewards andseasonal promotions.

3. Collaborate withinternal teams (e.g. Sales Analytics and Product teams) to ensurecampaign objectives align with business goals.

4. Work with creative and media agencies to designpromotional materials for digital print and ongroundchannels.

5. Optimize campaigns based onperformance metrics (e.g. response rates conversion ROI).

FulfillmentCoordination:

6. Oversee the delivery of campaign promises (e.g.cashback gifts rewards) to customers.

7. Managevendor relationships for fulfillment processes ensuring timelydelivery.

8. Develop a robust system to trackfulfillment SLAs and resolve issues promptly.

9.Work closely with the customer service team to handle queries andescalations related to campaign offers.

Analysis andReporting:

10. Monitor campaign performance using tools and analyticsplatforms.

11. Create postcampaign reportsdetailing outcomes learnings and recommendations for futurecampaigns.

12. Analyze customer behavior torefine segmentation strategies and enhance campaignrelevance.

13. Design and implementmeasurement frameworks needed for regular reporting andoptimization across the entire acquisition pipeline includingmarketing sales channel offer campaign and product performance.

14. Review data models and algorithms toensure fitforpurpose in alignment with businessobjectives

StakeholderCollaboration:

13. Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensureall campaigns meet regulatory requirements.

14.Partner with IT teams to implement and test campaignrelated systemsand APIs. Partner with analytics and marketing teams to executedatadriven campaigns and implement required measurement frameworksto continuously improve campaign performance

15.Manage budgets and ensure costeffective execution ofcampaigns.

Innovation and ContinuousImprovement:

16. Stay updated on industry trends and competitorcampaigns.

17. Propose innovative campaign ideasand fulfillment strategies to differentiate the credit cardoffering.

18. Design and implementand initial firstpartydata strategy to improve use of customer datato optimize campaigns and improve overall customer experience.

19. Provide guidance on implementingpersonalization across marketing touchpoints including digitalcampaigns CRM campaigns mobile app and websiteassets.

Key Skills andCompetencies:

Strong knowledge of credit card products and paymentsystems.

Educational and ExperienceRequirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration ora related field (Masters preferred).

57 yearsof experience in credit card marketing or campaignmanagement.

Familiarity with bankingregulations in campaign execution andfulfillment.
