  • Participate in prebid meetings andprovide technical and costrelatedinputs.
  • Monitor ongoing projects to compareactual costs with estimated budgets and recommend adjustments ifnecessary.
  • Maintain an updated database ofpricing for materials labor and equipment in the UAEmarket.

Qualifications andSkills
  • Experience:
    • 510years of experience in construction estimation with at least 6years in the UAE market.
    • Proven track record inestimating costs for largescaleprojects.
  • TechnicalSkills:
    • Proficiency in estimationsoftware and tools (e.g. AutoCAD MS ExcelPrimavera).
    • Strong understanding ofconstruction methods materials and market rates in theUAE.
    • Ability to read and interpret constructiondrawings BOQs and projectspecifications.
  • SoftSkills:
    • Excellent analytical andproblemsolving abilities.
    • Strong communicationand negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers contractors andclients.
    • Effective time management andorganizational skills to handle multiple estimatessimultaneously.
  • EducationalBackground:
    • Bachelors degree inCivil Engineering Construction Management or a relatedfield.
    • Certification in cost estimation orrelated disciplines is aplus.
