RAISE Fitness & Wellness is a premium fitness destination that combines state-of-the-art facilities, expert coaching, and a community-driven atmosphere. Its focus is to provide inclusive fitness experiences and cater to a wide population who want to discover the important role of physical exercise as part of a balanced lifestyle.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to clients' goals, needs, and abilities.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique.
  • Motivate clients, offering encouragement and support throughout their fitness journey.
  • Track and monitor client progress, adjusting programs as necessary.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during training sessions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized training environment.
  • Promote Raise Fitness and Wellness services and foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere.

Ideal Candidate

  • Valid Personal Training certificate
  • Group Fitness certificates such as Les Mills RPM, Body Pump, Pilates, Sprint, or any other Les Mills program
  • Ability to teach any other group fitness program, such as pilates, yoga, stretching, HIIT, etc.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Must be in the UAE
  • Must be available to join immediately
