Company Overview:
Our client is a growing factory specializing in thedesign production and installation of highquality window displaysretail animations and popup experiences for luxury brands. Theirprojects require creativity precision and exceptional craftsmanshipto meet the expectations of our discerning clientele.

They are looking for a skilled and detailorientedDesigner / Print Operator to join ourteam and play a key role in delivering highquality visuals for ourprojects.

KeyResponsibilities:

Design andPreProduction:

  • Collaborate with the design and project management teamsto create and adapt artwork for largeformat printing vinyl andother display materials.
  • Review client briefsand ensure artwork aligns with brand guidelines and projectspecifications.
  • Prepare files for printingensuring proper resolution color accuracy and layoutconsistency.

PrintOperation:

  • Operateand maintain largeformat printers cutters and other relatedequipment.
  • Monitor printing processes toensure output meets quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with printingequipment.

MaterialHandling and Finishing:

  • Select appropriate materials and substrates for eachproject based on design and durability requirements.
  • Assist with cutting laminating and assembling printedmaterials for displays.
  • Ensure proper storageand handling of materials to maintain quality.

Process Optimization andOrganization:

  • Developand document best practices for file preparation printing andfinishing processes.
  • Maintain a cleanorganized and efficient workspace.
  • Assist ininventory management of printing supplies and materials.

Collaboration andCommunication:

  • Workclosely with the production team to ensure designs and prints meetthe technical and aesthetic needs of each project.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and clients toaddress revisions or technical challenges.

Qualifications andSkills:

  • Experience:Experience in graphic design and largeformat printing ideally in aworkshop or manufacturing environment.
  • DesignProficiency: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (IllustratorPhotoshop InDesign) and other design software.
  • Technical Knowledge: Handson experience with largeformatprinters and finishing equipment.
  • Attention toDetail: Exceptional focus on quality precision and coloraccuracy.
  • ProblemSolving: Ability totroubleshoot and resolve printing and design challengeseffectively.
  • Time Management: Strongorganizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meettight deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Collaborativemindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages suchas Hindi Arabic or French are a plus.
