We are now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Printing Machine Operator to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview:

As a Printing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various digital printing equipment like Xerox, Canon, Fujifilm to produce high-quality print materials. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and meet our standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor digital printing machines, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
2. Set up printing jobs by reviewing job specifications and preparing materials.
3. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to minimize downtime.
4. Ensure quality control by inspecting printed materials for accuracy, color consistency, and overall quality.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and operational protocols.
6. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet project deadlines.
7. Assist in inventory management and ordering of printing supplies as needed.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in printing technology.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a Printing Machine Operator or in a similar role in digital printing.
2. Strong understanding of digital printing processes and equipment.
3. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
