The Biomed Engineer's main task involves performing quality technical calls and services for our customers in a way that reflects the level of professionalism Imdad Biomed Department has reached. He is also requested to supervise the junior and newly hired engineers and accompany them on their field work to check on their work.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Perform maintenance procedures as per Manufacturers specs & Imdad's SLA.
  2. Develop and maintain professional business relationships with customers.
  3. Properly report using various reporting forms related (FSR, PPM Checklist, Salesforce, and Suppliers reporting) with clear and concise messages and solutions.
  4. Consult and follow superior's instructions regarding technical tasks.
  5. Develop own technical skills by personal commitment and seeking superior's assistance.
  6. Maintain a safe working environment in the office & at customer's sites.
  7. Convey and report service contract opportunities to department head.
  8. Promote Imdad's service contracts with adherence to the sales plan.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Biomed or Electronics from an accredited university.
  2. 0-2 years of service experience.
  3. Minimum scoring of 80% on Imdad's Technical exam.

Required Skills:

  1. Strong electronics technical background is a must.
  2. Excellent adherence to company policies and procedures.
  3. Effective time management & organization.
  4. Strong communication skills in writing and verbally.
  5. Team player and should work well under pressure.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  7. Excellent interaction with colleagues.
  8. Bilingual (Arabic and English) is a must.
