  • Adhering toall safety and hygiene guidelines, including proper handling ofalcohol and maintaining a clean workarea.
  • Ensuring compliance with local lawsregarding the service of alcohol, including verifying legaldrinking age.

  • Managingguest conflicts, such as disputes over billing or unruly behavior,calmly and professionally.
  • Handling difficultor intoxicated customers tactfully, ensuring their safety and thatof others.

10.Creativity

  • Being ableto create signature cocktails or adapt drinks based on customerpreferences.
  • Offering suggestions or customizeddrinks based on the customer's tastes or dietaryneeds.

You are abar professional which is in an artistic and creative role, and assuch the management team will look to you to develop original andexciting beverages using the best of local ingredients andtraditions. You are responsible for ensuring that guests aredelighted by the quality, creativity and variety of our beverageofferings. Your key duties and responsibilities are to serve theguests in accordance with our standards and quality in a graciousand courteous manner, to make sure that the bar is professionallyset up at all times, and to process drink orders quickly andefficiently. You will be expected to take pride in all facets ofservice, quality, appearance, and cleanliness of yourself and yourarea of responsibility, and you must understand and adhere to theBeverage Department Standard Operating Procedures, and BeverageManual.
