Roles and responsibilities

As a Specialist, IT –Applications, you will be responsible for ensuring the smoothoperation of all resort software systems for Atlantis Dubai. As aSpecialist, you will support Assistant Managers with the followingresponsibilities: troubleshooting application and in roomtechnology issues, escalating issues to vendors for support,documenting knowledge base articles for troubleshooting andconfiguration, application upgrades, project tasks and eventssetup.

AboutYou

Ideally, we would like youto have a Diploma in Computer Science, or similar, with anunderstanding of IT processes and administrative tasks. Strongknowledge and practical experience of application support acrosshospitality solutions and integrations is essential. UnderstandingIT processes and administrative tasks, experience in networkswitching and routing, monitoring, configuring, and networkingcable management. Strong communication skills, the ability toprioritise and manage multiple workloads as well as last-minuterequests.
