Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Development: Contribute to the development of IT policies, procedures, and operational standards for applications development and configuration. Design and develop smart technical solutions and applications that enhance ADAA's operations.
  2. Implementation and Maintenance: Carry out end-to-end application implementation, including requirements specifications, workflow planning, testing, and pre- and post-live implementation support. Maintain, monitor, and update systems, programs, and applications to ensure their efficiency and sustainability.
  3. Talent Management and Development: Ensure completion of required trainings and certification programs to stay current with job requirements. Obtain timely performance review assessments and contribute to the development of UAE National employees in line with ADAA's objectives.
  4. Corporate Governance: Ensure adherence to all ADAA corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines. Prepare section-related correspondence and retain, document, preserve, and archive physical and electronic records.
