Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead the full lifecycle of event projects, from inception to post-event evaluation.
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met within deadlines.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project.
Proposal Development:
- Analyze RFPs to identify client requirements and objectives.
- Develop technical proposals and presentations that align with client needs and brand standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative, innovative, and feasible event concepts.
Creative Briefing:
- Brief 2D and 3D designers, ensuring design concepts align with project goals and client expectations.
- Review design drafts and provide constructive feedback to refine deliverables.
Supplier and Vendor Management:
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
- Brief suppliers on project requirements and ensure alignment with event objectives.
- Oversee supplier deliverables, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to budget.
BOQ Creation:
- Develop BOQs for each project.
- Monitor expenses and maintain cost control throughout the event planning process.
- Provide detailed financial reports and post-event reconciliations.
On-Site Management:
- Supervise event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise, maintaining professionalism and quick decision-making.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
