Talent Acquisition Officer

Job Objectives The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for executing recruitment and hiring efforts across multiple entities within the organization. This role involves sourcing, attracting, and interviewing qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. The Talent Acquisition Officer will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline recruitment activities and promote the employer’s brand. Responsibilities and Duties Recruitment Tracker Update: produce a revised recruitment tracker on a weekly basis; maintain an updated applicant tracking list for all job openings. Monthly Workforce Planning: hold monthly meetings with department heads to discuss current openings and align requirements outlined in the Manpower Requisition Forms. Market-Based Compensation Revision: review quarterly reports on compensation, benchmarked against the market, highlight discrepancies or challenges related to market pay. Turnover & Retention Rate: work to reduce turnover rate and improve employee retention across the group. Talent Acquisition Process: utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking); manage interview process; conduct interviews; manage Microsoft Office D365 process; collaborate with Head of Department; build and maintain talent pipeline; support employer branding initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree or HR certification is a plus). 2-3 years proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a multi-entity or group structure.
