For theseapplications we are looking for Technical Application and Desktopengineers responsible for the support of these solutions. Concernslevel 2 & level 3 support. Example of applications you willwork on: Autodesk suite complex engineering tooling like AnsysOrcaflex GIS.

Your responsibilitiesas a Technical Application Support EngineerAutodesk

  • Provide(remote) technical support installations and services to employeeswho work across the globe.
  • Document alltechnical issues and troubleshootingprocesses.
  • Escalate complex casesprofessionally ensuring proactive followup untilresolution.
  • Collaborate with clients tounderstand their needs analyze issues and research and implementthe best solutions.
  • Stay updated on productupdates system changes and technical support procedures to provideaccurate information to clients.
  • Cooperate withour software suppliers to receive their help when needed to fixissues or execute updates to thesoftware.
  • License management: update licensesin our FlexLM central licenseservers.

Your qualities

You can make your mark asTechnical Application Support Engineer Autodesk if youhave:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experiencein technical customer service or technical support on servers andsoftware products.
  • Experience with design andengineering software solutions as well as deploying softwareupdates across a network usingPowerShell.
  • Strong listening skills with theability to accurately understand and address clientinquiries.
  • Ability to work independently andcollaboratively within a team and acrossdepartments.
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills in English capable of conveying technicalconcepts to nontechnical audiences.
  • Provenknowledge of Entra ID.
  • Experience with ITIL andITSM tooling (like TOPdesk or ServiceNow) and working with softwarelicenses and licenseservers.
