What you willdo:

Strategic Oversight of QAProcess

The QA Lead will oversee the entire QAlifecycle for projects within a particular Line of Business,ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals. Thisincludes defining test strategies, ensuring coverage, and managingrisks across projects.

Leadership in QAPractices

The QA Lead will coordinate and leada team of testers, driving collaboration between the testing anddevelopment teams, ensuring efficient project execution, andmaintaining high product quality.

ImprovedEfficiency and Accountability

Withresponsibilities like test planning, test data management, andenvironment monitoring, the QA Lead will streamline QA processes,improve resource utilization, and provide clear reporting,improving accountability for the team'sperformance.

RiskMitigation

The QA Lead will proactivelyidentify and mitigate risks in the testing process, ensuring thatdefects are caught early and resolvedeffectively.

QualityDeliverables

The QA Lead will ensure that QAdeliverables meet quality, schedule, and effort expectations, whichis crucial for the success of projects. By leading validationactivities, they will enhance the traceability and effectiveness oftesting.

Required Skills to besuccessful:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering,Computer Science or any related field
  • Minimumof 5-7 years of experience in QA &testing
  • ISTQBcertified
  • Good Communication &presentation skills
