KeyResponsibilities

  • Understandthe commercial business functions being supported like Sales OrderManagement Procurement Expedition and Logistics. With the mainfocus on Sales and Order management.
  • Workclosely with Commerce department to make sure the ERP system meetsbusiness needs.
  • Create and maintain trainingresources for all commerce business procedures and deliver trainingto stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot / analyze issueswithin the commerce domain and work closely with the IT team forthe commerce domain.
  • Handholding business usersduring post go live phases and ensure the transition to operationsteams.
  • Report Bugs create RFC and producetechnical documents.
  • Perform User AcceptanceTesting (UAT) and Regression Tests.
  • Be anactive contributing member of the Business Improvement Team toimprove efficiency of internalprocesses.
  • Developing and creating processflows as per business needs.
  • Monitoring runningprocesses in the applicationenvironment.

KeyDeliverables

  • Availability of theapplication environment and application itself during office hours(100% uptime).
  • Finding the cause ofbugs and take appropriate actions to preventthem.
  • Documentation of theprocesses.
  • Improvement of internal processes inthe commercedomain.

Qualifications:

  • BachelorsDegree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 4 to8 years of relevant experience in any ERP with Commerce/Sales/OrderManagement domain.  Extensive Experience in settingPresales activities order management Pointofsale process salesprocess procurement (P2P) pricing loyalty discounts andoffers.
  • Knowledge on CPG industry Distributionmanagement system which is mandatory.
  • Goodknowledge on Product Management Planning Estimationetc.
  • Ability to cope in a complex andfastchanging business environment and to respond calmly andrationally to changing aspirations in a deadlinedrivensituation.
  • Excellent communication skills witha capacity to present discuss and explain issues coherently andlogically both in writing andverbally.
  • Experience in implementation andsupport of various application such as ERP CRM BI PIM Supply chainand financial systems.
  • Clear decisionmakingability with the facility to judge complex situations and assesswhen to escalate issues.
  • Ability to balanceconflicting and changing demands through prioritization and apragmatic approach.
  • Project managementexperience will be an addedadvantage.
