  • Maintain up to date recordsof MEP reports installation schedules and management of Work ordersfrom client.
  • Provide regular progress reportsto the project manager and client regarding the status of MEPworks.
  • PM and CM scheduling and submission toclient for approval. Planning of work resources with therequirements.
  • Ensure that all MEP work complieswith local codes and standards and maintain proper documentationfor inspections and approvals.
  • Coordinate withproject managers and engineers to find solutions to problemsensuring minimal impact on the project timeline and close out ofindividual WOs.
  • Liaise with subcontractorsvendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials andequipment. Coordination with client engineers for the reportverification.
  • Address any issues that ariseduring installation such as conflicts delays or qualityconcerns.
  • Ensure that the project team followssafety procedures and industry bestpractices.
  • Coordinate the commissioning of MEPsystems verification of the handing over reports and documents fortheassets.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelorsdegree in electrical / mechanicalengineering 
  2. A minimum of 5 years ofexperience in a similar capacity with Infrastructurecompanies
  3. A Valid UAE drivinglicense
