Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MEP Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination within the construction industry, with a proven ability to manage and execute high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the installation of MEP systems in various projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during construction.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Ensure all MEP works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP coordination within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
