Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact during the shift, overseeing day-to-day operational activities within the MOD Field department. Coordinate with various internal teams including service, maintenance, and customer support to ensure seamless workflow and rapid resolution of issues. Monitor performance indicators and operational metrics, identifying potential areas for improvement and reporting findings to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and legal requirements at all times. Facilitate communication among team members and elevate concerns or emergencies appropriately to maintain high service standards. Candidate Profile Demonstrated experience in a coordination, supervisory, or operational role within a logistics, service, or engineering environment. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions confidently under pressure.
