Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact during the shift, overseeing day-to-day operational activities within the MOD Field department. Coordinate with various internal teams including service, maintenance, and customer support to ensure seamless workflow and rapid resolution of issues. Monitor performance indicators and operational metrics, identifying potential areas for improvement and reporting findings to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and legal requirements at all times. Facilitate communication among team members and elevate concerns or emergencies appropriately to maintain high service standards. Assist in scheduling and resource allocation to optimize workflow during the shift. Support training and mentoring of team members to uphold operational excellence and continuous professional growth. Candidate Profile Demonstrated experience in a coordination, supervisory, or operational role within a logistics, service, or engineering environment. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to handle dynamic operational demands efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and external stakeholders. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions confidently under pressure. Proficiency with standard office software and operational tools; familiarity with industry-specific systems is a plus. Commitment to upholding health and safety standards in the workplace.
