We are looking for threeexperienced Production Engineers specializing in Steel/MetalFabrication to join our team. The ideal candidates must have astrong background in production planning team management andquality control while ensuring smooth workflow and timely materialdelivery for multiple projects. KeyResponsibilities:
  • Production Planning &Execution:
    • Plan and oversee thefabrication of steel structures ensuring production timelines alignwith project deadlines.
    • Prioritize multipleprojects efficiently to meet production goals and clientrequirements.
  • QualityControl & Inspection:
    • Conduct thoroughQC inspections at every stage:receiving materials cutting fitup welding painting packaging anddelivery.
    • Ensure adherence to industrystandards and company qualityrequirements.
  • MaterialHandling & Coordination:
    • Supervise materialprocurement inspection and utilization to minimize waste and optimizeefficiency.
    • Ensure familiarity withsteel material specifications grades and industrystandards .
  • TeamLeadership & Supervision:
    • Manage and oversee theproduction team assigning tasks and monitoringperformance.
    • Provide guidance and technicalsupport to workers for efficientoperations.
  • Reporting& Documentation:
    • Prepare and maintainprogress reports on production statuschallenges and quality issues.
    • Work closelywith site teams project managers anddesigners to coordinate fabrication and ensuretimely materialdelivery.
  • ProcessOptimization:
    • Continuously improveproduction methods to enhance productivity and reducecosts.
    • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in thefabrication process.
Required Skills &Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in steelfabrication within the constructionsector.
  • Strong knowledge of steel materialspecifications grades and fabricationtechniques.
  • Experience in planning qualitycontrol and team management.
  • Ability toprioritize and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
  • Excellent coordination skillswith site teams managers and designers.
  • Strongproblemsolving abilities to address productionchallenges.
