This position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in digital learning development.

Duration: 3 Months (Project-Based)

Eligibility: Recent Graduates on Family Sponsorship Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Course Development:
  1. Design and develop engaging e-learning courses using Rise Articulate based on provided content.
  2. Ensure learning materials align with instructional design best practices and organizational goals.
  3. Create impactful and interactive content to enhance learner engagement.
Content Updates:
  1. Regularly update and refine existing courses to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
  2. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to incorporate new content and improvements .
Quality Assurance:
  1. Review and test e-learning courses for functionality, usability, and accuracy before launch.
  2. Implement feedback from users and stakeholders to improve course quality.
Project Management:
  1. Manage course development timelines and ensure timely delivery of 3-4 courses per week .
  2. Use project management tools to track progress and align with release schedules .
  3. Work closely with faculty, SMEs, and stakeholders to align course development with institutional needs.
  4. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for course improvement and innovation .

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Technology, Education, or a related field (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  2. Digital literacy and an eye for design .
  3. Experience with Rise Articulate or similar e-learning authoring tools is a plus.
  4. Knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies.
  5. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment .
  7. Strong attention to detail , ensuring high-quality user engagement.
  8. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
