Officer - Recruitment Provide support to the Recruitment Consultant in filling open positions and manage the mobilization process across the Ventures business of Al Ghurair. Prepare and roll out effective mobilization plans of the candidates to assist the business units in the earliest deployments. Strategic Responsibilities Review open vacancies with the Recruitment Consultant and support in developing a recruitment and mobilization plan. Cross‑verify offer letters with the opened Recruitment Requisition Forms (RRF) ensuring all offer letters are valid and timely issued. Prepare and launch an optimal mobilization/arrival plan for in‑country and overseas recruited candidates in line with in‑house job training and deployment needs. Consolidate all vacancy requisitions with the respective business units and P&C People Advisors on a weekly basis, close the positions on the basis of new joiners and update the Recruitment Consultant on progress. Operational Responsibilities Assist Recruitment Consultants in sourcing suitable candidates from the local market using multiple job portals, line up interviews and assessments with the Hiring Managers after appropriate screening based on the requisition and job description. Complete the recruitment and mobilization process from offer stage through joining date, ensuring all offer letters are issued on time and strictly tracked. Manage employee folders on a regular basis, ensuring all folders are updated with the appropriate documents. Maintain and update the applicant tracker and RRF tracker with 100% accuracy; assist recruitment consultants with posting job openings on social media platforms and job boards. People Management Responsibilities Coordinate with recruitment partners to book flights as per business requirements; update the accommodation team on arrival plans for bed space arrangements. Hold weekly meetings with Onboarding, People Advisors and Operations teams to ensure new arrivals are successfully handed over for the next stages of on‑site deployments. Product/Process Improvement Responsibilities Conduct a thorough review of the end‑to‑end recruitment process with the team to identify and eliminate waste, bringing efficiencies. Implement continuous improvement practices to identify cost savings and drive successful implementation of a recruitment system, enabling full automation of the end‑to‑end process. Qualifications Diploma in Human Resources preferred; bachelor’s degree an advantage. Knowledge & Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task. Team player with a can‑do attitude. Experience 3+ years’ experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, Onboarding Coordinator, or a similar role. Proven experience in a fast‑paced environment with high‑volume employee onboarding. Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as ATS and HRIS.
