About the Role
Guildhall is running this search for a major international EPC main contractor delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across the GCC. The business is mobilising its HSSE function for a multi-year superstructure package at a large infrastructure development in the UAE. Two seats are open now with immediate joiners preferred as the project ramps through its structural phase. It is a rare chance to run safety on a live large-scale construction project with high visibility.
Lead HSSE strategy and delivery for a major superstructure construction package Own risk management for lifting formwork concrete works scaffolding and work at height Act as principal HSSE contact for the client and consultant teams Lead and manage a large project HSSE team and subcontractor compliance Investigate incidents close NCRs and drive continuous HSSE improvement Prepare HSSE reports audits and emergency response plans for senior management

What you'll bring
- 12-15+ years of HSSE experience in construction or engineering.
- At least 5 years in a senior HSSE management role.
- Previous UAE or GCC construction project experience.
- NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent recognised HSSE qualification.
- Experience managing HSSE on major structural or infrastructure projects.
- Track record leading large HSSE teams and multiple subcontractors.
