This role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels, striving to offer timely and effective solutions. Duties and Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support through multiple communication channels (phone, email, live chat, etc.). Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, policies, and account management. Resolve customer complaints, issues, and technical problems in a friendly and efficient manner. Document all customer interactions and ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Collaborate with other teams (sales, technical support, etc.) to provide comprehensive solutions to customer problems. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company offerings to provide accurate information. Identify and elevate priority issues to appropriate departments when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and contribute to customer retention. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
