We are currently looking for a Receptionist to work at our corporate head office in Dubai. Responsibilities: Should have good telephone handling skills - answer all incoming calls and handle callers & re-divert calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required. Manage the meeting calendars for Director and Procurement Managers. Meet & greet all visitors. Assist them to the meeting rooms. Stationery and Pantry ordering. Dispatch of inbound and outbound mail/courier. Assisting all external and Internal Group staff by guiding them to the right person within Al Futtaim. Maintain good teamwork within departments. Minimum Requirements: Minimum Experience: Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in receptionist and office administration. Proficient in MS Office and administration skills. Job-Specific Skills: Proficient in MS Office and administration skills. Behavioural Competencies: Strong interpersonal, organizational and advanced telephone skills.
