Project Manager Interior fitout

The Project Manager Fitout will beresponsible for overseeing the planning executionandcompletion of interior fitout projects. This rolerequires a highly organized detailoriented professional who can manage all aspects ofthe fitout process includingbudgeting scheduling team coordination andquality control. The Project Manager will ensure that projects are delivered on time withinbudget and meet the clients expectations in termsof

design andfunctionality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination

oDevelop detailed project plans outlining scope schedule andresource

requirements.

o Leadproject kickoff meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned onproject goals.

oMonitor progress throughout the project lifecycle to ensureadherence to timelines andmilestones.

2. Budget and CostControl

o Prepare and manage project budgetsensuring costeffective use of

resources.

o Track expenditures managechange orders and control financial risks to preventcost overruns.

o Collaborate withthe quantity surveyor to ensure accurate costing and

reporting.

3. Client and StakeholderManagement

o Serve as the primary point ofcontact for clients providing regular updates andmanaging expectations.

o Organizeclient meetings presentations and site visits to keepstakeholders

informed.

oAddress client concerns and adjust project plans as needed tomaintain

satisfaction.

4.Team Leadership and Coordination

o Lead a teamof designers subcontractors and suppliers ensuring

collaboration and efficient workflow.

oAssign tasks and responsibilities to team members trackingperformance and progress.

o Ensure all work is performed to the highest standardsmaintaining clear

communication between teammembers.

5. Quality Assurance andCompliance

o Conduct regular site inspections toensure that work is proceeding according to plan designspecifications and quality standards.

o Ensure that all work complies with local regulationsbuilding codes and health and safetystandards.

o Identify and resolveany issues or noncompliance promptly.

6.Procurement and Vendor Management

o Overseeprocurement of materials and services required for theproject

ensuring timely and budgetconsciousdelivery.

o Negotiate contracts with vendors andsuppliers to secure the best terms for theproject.

o Coordinate withsuppliers to ensure materials meet design specifications.

7. Risk Management and Problem Solving

o Identify potential project risks and develop contingencyplans to mitigate them.

o Resolve issues related to project scope resources orunforeseen

circumstances that may arise duringconstruction.

o Adjust project schedules andresources to minimize disruptions and delays.

8.Health and Safety

o Ensure all site activitiesare conducted in accordance with safety regulations.

o Conduct safety audits and provide training to teammembers as necessary.

o Address and mitigate anyhealth and safety risks onsite.

9. ProjectHandover and CloseOut

o Oversee the finalhandover process ensuring all project deliverables meetthe clients requirements.

o Prepare closeout documentation including warrantiesmanuals and

compliance certificates.

o Conduct a postproject review to assess performancelessons learned and clientsatisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree inConstruction Management Architecture Civil Engineering or arelated field.

Provenexperience as a Project Manager in interior fitout or constructionprojects.

Strong understanding of fitoutprocesses materials and construction techniques.

Excellent leadership communication and interpersonalskills.

Strong organizational skills and theability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

Proficiency in projectmanagement software and tools (e.g. MS ProjectPrimaveraAutoCAD).

Knowledge of local building regulations health and safety standardsand quality control procedures.

PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in project management specifically in interiorfitouts or construction.

Experience managing budgets schedules and teams in afastpaced environment.
