Whats On YourPlate

Managing PL portfolio atthe regional level (responsibility for sales profitabilityavailability inventory strong
presence of the portfolio inthe app)
Leading countries in managing local PL suppliersfull responsibility over regional/international PLsuppliers
sourcing new potential suppliers while extendingthe portfolios
Leading private label development processfor new items (assortment selection supplierssourcing
packaging creation and launch preparation):multiple projects in multiple countries at the sametime

Necessary skillset:
(A) CategoryManagement
Strong understanding ofCommercial 4Ps (Pricing Promotion PresentationProduct)
Strong analytical skills monitoring of PLportfolio performance for the whole region (salesprofitability
availability inventories etc.) extractinginsights from the data to improve and optimize PLperformance
across the region (action plan recommendationsfor local markets)
Easiness to work with the data& various data tools and easiness of presenting data in acompelling/concise
way.
Suppliers management(negotiations onboarding maintaining good relations) both local andinternational
suppliers
(B)Brand Building
Strong project managementskills due to leading private label development process for newitems
Ability to work efficiently with external creativeagency (packaging creation)
Assuring maintenance of aconsistent brand image of PL portfolio across the region (packagingstandards
communication/promotional standards etc.)keeping local markets in line with regionalguidelines
(C)Others
Great eye for details while managingnew PL items development processes (lots of stepsgrasping
knowledge from different areas like legal qualitydesign)
Impeccable time management skills in order to pushall the projects efficiently and make sure thatother
stakeholders involved are following agreedtimelines
Arabic speaker would be a big help in checkingArabic language used on the labels of all PLitems
This roleshould:
Based on sales data take actionsto optimize/uplift the PL portfolios performance in each of thelocal
markets
Based on the service level andinventory stocks (final product & packaging) take actionsto optimize the
logistics and make sure that we never runout of stock
Analyze communication/promotional activitiesand take actions to optimize them share bestpractices
across the region
Create and executedifferent negotiations strategies to assure manufacturers for allPL project (we are still
a growing business with limitedvolumes to secure so it can be very challenging to find supplierswilling to
be flexible in the areas that are crucial forus core example MOQs)

Indirectly leading acrossfunctional team to achieve set targets

Leading local markets and making sure they arein line with all the regional guidelines so being ableto
precisely and concisely explain things iscrucial.
You are very detailoriented structured and knowhow to prioritize you consider yourself as someonewho
delivers solutions and not bottlenecks to besolved.
You are someone energized by the unknown and lookforward to learning each day on the job.
