Serve as a key resource for all recreationactivities facilitated on the property. Provide information toguests about available recreation facilities, which may includepools, beach, entertainment zone/game-room, fitness center, andchild activities center. Encourage, recruit, register, and scheduleguests to participate in recreation activities. Promote a fun andrelaxing atmosphere for guests. Promote the rules and regulationsof the recreation facilities intended for the safety and welfare ofguests and members. Observe activity in the recreational facilityand respond appropriately in accordance with local operatingprocedure in the event of an emergency. Provide cashier serviceswhen working in facilities that include point of salestransactions. Assist when hosting private functions within therecreation facilities with group activities and events. Be aware ofpossible situations where guests are not able to safely participatein an activity and inform supervisor/manager Provide assistance toinjured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services.Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment andsupplies.

Report accidents, injuries, andunsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training andcertifications. Follow company policies and procedures; ensureuniform and personal appearance is clean and professional; maintainconfidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards;anticipate and address guests' service needs; assistindividuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuineappreciation. Speak with others using clear and professionallanguage; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Developand maintain positive working relationships with others; supportteam to reach common goals. Process payments for rental equipment,recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales. Complywith quality assurance expectations and standards. Read andvisually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., smallprint). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., toidentify defects). Enter and locate work-related information usingcomputers and/or point of sale systems. Stand, sit, or walk for anextended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift,carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to25 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 25pounds with assistance. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects ofvarying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eyecoordination. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up anddown stairs and/or service ramps. Reach overhead and below theknees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Performother reasonable job duties asrequested.
