About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a key role in driving internal and external hirings, managing stakeholder relationships, and creating a world-class hiring and candidate experience. What You'll Do:

End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

  1. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  2. Identify top talent using various sourcing channels – LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach etc.
  3. Utilize AI-driven tools and analytics to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  4. Drive passive talent engagement through innovative sourcing techniques.

Stakeholder & Business Partnering

  1. Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring talent needs align with business objectives.
  3. Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.

Process Optimization & Recruitment Innovation

  1. Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
  2. Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline workflows and track hiring metrics.
  3. Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical business functions.

Candidate Experience & Offer Management

  1. Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  2. Lead compensation discussions and offer negotiations while ensuring alignment with market benchmarks.

What You'll Bring:

  1. 7+ years of in-house recruitments experience in end-to-end talent acquisition across Tech roles.
  2. Consulting and agency hiring experience is a strong plus.
  3. Strong exposure to mid-to-senior level hiring, and leadership hiring.
  4. Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media hiring, and referral programs).
  5. Ability to work with large volume applications to improve and ensure high quality in alignment to the role and a diverse hiring pipeline.
  6. Excellent speaking and written skills in English to engage with a global talent pool.

Relationship Management & Leadership

  1. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills for engaging candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

Data-Driven & Tech-Savvy Mindset

  1. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  2. Experience with HR tech tools, AI-based screening, and recruitment automation.
  3. Strong understanding of recruitment analytics to drive data-backed hiring decisions.
