Qualifications:
- Provenexperience of minimum 8 years as a Chargehand or in a similarsupervisory role in construction or industrialsettings
- Strong leadership and team managementskills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse workcrews
- Excellent communication and interpersonalskills to effectively interact with team members management andclients
- Thorough knowledge of safetyregulations and best practices in theworkplace
- Detailoriented with strongorganizational and time managementskills
- Ability to read and interpret workorders technical documents and projectspecifications
- Proficiency in using projectmanagement tools and software to track progress and manageresources
- Basic mechanical knowledge forequipment inspection andtroubleshooting
- Familiarity with constructionor industrial processes relevant to the jobsite
- Decisionmaking skills and the ability towork under pressure in a fastpacedenvironment
- Physical stamina to perform handsonwork and move around job sites asneeded
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workenvironments and schedules
- Goaloriented mindsetwith a focus on efficiency andquality
- Proficiency in English; knowledge ofArabic is a plus
- Familiarity with local workregulations and practices in Dubai and theUAE
