Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5years of experience as a BIM Modeler with a strong focus onarchitecture.
  • Must have workexperience from design consulting companies in the GCC ideally fromUAE.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and otherBIM software (Navisworks AutoCAD etc.).
  • Strongunderstanding of architectural design building systems andconstruction processes.
  • Experience working withproject teams to develop and manage BIM models from schematicdesign through construction.
  • Familiarity withBIM standards guidelines and projectworkflows.
  • Strong attention to detailproblemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills.
  • Ability to managemultiple tasks and deadlineseffectively.
