Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Building Information Models (BIM) for landscape architecture projects ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with landscape architects designers and other project stakeholders to integrate landscape elements into overall project models.
  • Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings renderings and visualizations for various landscape features such as hardscapes softscapes and irrigation systems.
  • Ensure BIM models are coordinated with architectural structural and MEP disciplines resolving any clashes or inconsistencies.
  • Update and manage BIM libraries ensuring the availability of standard landscape components and materials.
  • Participate in design reviews providing insights and recommendations to optimize landscape designs using BIM technology.
  • Prepare quantity takeoffs schedules and reports derived from the BIM model to support project planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and protocols contributing to the development and implementation of BIM workflows.
  • Provide technical support and training to project team members on BIM tools and processes related to landscape architecture.
  • Stay updated on advancements in BIM technology and landscape design practices implementing improvements as necessary.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience as a BIM Modeler preferably in landscape or architectural projects.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit AutoCAD and Navisworks.
  • Strong understanding of landscape design principles materials and construction techniques.
  • Ability to create detailed and accurate models drawings and visualizations for complex landscape projects.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Familiarity with BIM standards and best practices.
  • Candidates currently residing in the UAE will only be considered.
  • Must be available for immediate joining.
