What You'll Do?
- Strong advocate for consumers using our platform. You'll be responsible for defining, validating, communicating, and delivering an end-to-end product that solves the most important and complex problems our audience is facing.
- Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of an innovative, compelling product suite across cross-functional teams in the company.
- Build, develop and lead a highly talented team of product managers and align them with the end-to-end product line vision and goals.
- Manage a wide set of stakeholders with varying objectives to align on, support the successful launch and growth of your product suite.
- Communicate the business and operational impact of your products, identify and mitigate risks.
What You'll Need?
- Strong experience in product management-specific role(s).
- At least 5-10+ years of product management experience.
- Proven experience in leading and developing a highly functional and engaged team of professional product managers with diverse backgrounds.
- Experience with launching and growing B2C products across mobile and/or web with a preference for experience in EMEA.
- Strong experience in implementing modern methodologies to rapidly develop innovative products which delight customers and drive growth (e.g., Agile, A/B testing, growth hacking).
