Support activities related to theperformance management cycle and manage all communicationsensitization and monitoring of the process to ensure itseffectiveness and relevance to thebusiness
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Themain responsibilities of Performance Reporting & Rewardsteam are as follows:
- Timely deliveryof MI reports dashboards as per the requirement of specific channeland segments heads and bring forward datadriven insight on areas ofbusiness performance improvement across theboard
- Communicate with the Product Sales andSegment heads of the respective channels and segments to understandthe requirements of performance management reportsdashboards
- Perform rootcause analysis ofrespective functions and recommend enhancements to aid Channel /Segment heads in optimizing investment spend and other resourceallocations
- Administer the ShortTerm (STIP) andLongTerm Incentive Plans (LTIP) including thorough understanding ofplan documents preparing communication for plan participants andauditing systems to ensure accuracy ofdata
- Provide technical support to business withregards to Data Warehouse questions functionality and new/existingreporting requests
- Review and arrange incentivepay outs and compensation transactions credits andearnings
- The role involves taking on ownershipand ensuring the data extraction done is accurate reliable andconsistent
- Prepare interpret and analyze datafrom various sources to bring forth performance managementinsights
- Manage variety of departmental reportsand communicate effectively and discuss analysis and giverecommendations
- Adherence to compliance andregulatory rules related to PCI DSS UAEs customer data protectionlaws and GDPRregulations
PerformanceManagement:
- Manage thepreparation and delivery the MIS and reporting capabilities acrossCB Sales channels and departments
- Assist inpreparation of management dashboards
- Design anddelivery of end user reporting analytics anddashboards
- Execute system test cases scriptsand plans for performance management tools and supportingdatabases
- Ensure monthly & weeklyperformance dashboards are delivered in an automated mode andensure accuracy
- Manage the incentivescalculation team with relevant data sets fields and help themautomate the calculations
- Develop KPIs for theteam and ensure performance in excess of target onKPIs
- Data automation and enhancements. Innovateto keep up with changing trends and technology andtools
DecisionSupport:
- Work closelywith leaders across product sales and marketing to support andimplement high quality data drivendecisions
- Track information statistics andanalysis to support business decisions
- Use dataanalysis tools with the purpose of enhancing performance as well asproviding feedback for futurerefinement
- Support function team with therelevant analysis by data mining the Consumer Bankingdatabases
- Understand the business requirementand develop datadriven solutions to address business problems andindependently manage endtoend report / dashboard communication anddelivery with channels and productteams
- Provide insights analysis on the staffperformance channel performance and build analytical presentationson the same
StrategicContribution:
- Assistand support the implementation of CB Strategy in alignment with theGroups Business Governance Framework to ensure vertical alignmentand horizontal integration with other interfacing departmentalstrategies
- Assist to ensure internal dashboardand action plan is updated prior to Business Governance monthlyteam meetings
PeopleManagement:
- Lead& manage the team by tracking individual against objectivesand motivating staff to maximiseperformance
- Provide adequate guidance coachingand necessary training for team members and ensure ongoingperformance feedback
- Act as a role model todirect and indirect reports to drive adherence to FABs values andsupport talent development within theteam
- Oversee and manage the continueddevelopment of Operating Plan andDashboards
Qualifications:
MinimumQualification
- Bachelorsdegree in MIS Computer Science Computer Information Systems orequivalent
MinimumExperience
- 6 years ofrelevant work experience with extensive knowledge of MIS &DataManagement

- Advanced Excel skills/ presentationskills
- Data warehousing and ETLs and Automationof regular BAU MI

- Strong analytical knowledge of cardsbusiness lending everyday banking remittances investments andloyalty products

- Understanding and knowledge of RetailBanking Products Sales and Performance managementKPIs
- Understanding of and experience usinganalytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesisdevelopment analysing data drawing conclusions and developingactionable recommendations for businessunits.
