JobDescription:

We are seeking anexperienced InfraUtility CAD Draftsman to join our team in Dubai.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience inthe GCC with a strong background in contracting. The InfraUtilityCAD Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed drawingsand plans for infrastructure and utility projects ensuring accuracyand adherence to projectspecifications.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Preparedetailed CAD drawings for infrastructure and utility projectsincluding water supply drainage sewage electrical and telecomsystems.
  • Interpret and convert conceptualdesigns into precise technical drawings using AutoCAD or similarCAD software.
  • Ensure that all drawings complywith local regulations standards and projectspecifications.
  • Collaborate with engineersarchitects and project managers to develop accurate and detaileddesigns.
  • Revise and update drawings based onproject requirements site conditions and clientfeedback.
  • Conduct site visits when necessary togather data verify measurements and ensure accuracy in thedrawings.
  • Maintain and organize a comprehensivelibrary of CAD drawings and projectdocumentation.
  • Coordinate with otherdisciplines (civil structural mechanical electrical) to ensureintegrated and accurate projectdeliverables.
  • Assist in the preparation ofasbuilt drawings and documentation at the completion ofprojects.
  • Participate in project meetings toprovide input and ensure alignment with project goals andtimelines.

Requirements:

  • Diplomaor degree in Civil Engineering Drafting or a relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as aCAD Draftsman in the GCC with a focus on infrastructure andutilities.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD andother CAD software.
  • Extensive experience ininfrastructure and utility projects including water drainage sewageand electrical systems.
  • Indepth knowledge oflocal building codes regulations and industry standards in theUAE.
  • Previous experience working withcontracting companies is mandatory.
  • Excellentattention to detail and accuracy in preparing technicaldrawings.
  • Strong communication andcollaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasksand meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice and other relevant softwareapplications.
  • UAE experience and knowledge oflocal infrastructure projects is highlypreferred.

Qualifications:
