About the Role:

  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and plans for infrastructure and utility projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  2. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical drawings.
  3. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed CAD drawings for infrastructure and utility projects including water supply, drainage, sewage, electrical, and telecom systems.
  • Interpret and convert conceptual designs into precise technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop accurate and detailed designs.
  • Ensure that all drawings comply with local regulations, standards, and project specifications.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CAD Draftsman in the GCC with a focus on infrastructure and utilities.
  3. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
  4. In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in the UAE.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
