Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing our brand's online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong understanding of content creation, audience engagement, and digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy that aligns with brand objectives.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and shareable content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, posts, etc.).
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to measure performance and optimize strategies.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitors' strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and digital marketers to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Influencer & Brand Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and strategic partners to expand brand reach.
  • Crisis & Reputation Management: Handle brand reputation on social media, mitigating risks and addressing potential crises effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook).
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using insights from Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Creativity and a strong sense of branding and storytelling.
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid social advertising, and audience targeting is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
