Reporting to: Head of Merchant Relationship Management

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the main point of contact for assigned merchants, building and maintaining strong, positive relationships.
  2. Respond promptly to merchant inquiries, concerns, or issues.
  3. Manage allocated client requirements regarding discounts and special offers.

  1. Assist in the onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring they understand our platform's features, functionalities, and compliance requirements.
  2. Provide training and resources to help merchants get started with our services.
Relationship Building:
  1. Foster positive relationships with merchants through regular communication and proactive support.
  2. Participate in client meetings and reviews under the guidance of senior executives.
Assist Senior Executives:
  1. Support senior executives in managing a portfolio of merchant accounts.
  2. Collaborate with the team to achieve account management goals and objectives.
Feedback Collection:
  1. Gather feedback from merchants regarding their experiences, pain points, and suggestions for improvement.
  2. Summarize and report feedback to senior executives for further action.
Job Requirements:
  1. A sound knowledge of all loyalty rewards and privileges programs.
  2. Ability to market and establish merchant relationships.
  3. Collaborative ability to maintain positive working relationships with other Senior Merchant Relationship Management and staff.
  4. Ability to work independently, seek guidance when needed, and multi-task without loss of quality.
  5. Self-management skills to ensure appropriate planning, prioritization, and delivery to timescales.
  6. Support additional tasks assigned by management to align with company priorities.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Effective oral and written communication skills.
  3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  5. Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
