Summary:

  • The Strategy & Analytics teamis leading some of the most critical and exciting initiatives ofthe company, where we bring problem-solving and data skillstogether in order to make a change in the way the organizationoperates.
  • Now, we're looking for aSummer Associate who'll help us with some of the moststrategic projects of the company, for a period of 2 - 3months.
  • You'd be working with a teamincluding ex McKinsey, Bain, BCG and Big 4consultants.

Therole:

  • Own and deliver a critical workstreamof large Strategy, Business Operations, Analytics or StrategicPricing projects
  • Work very closely, andproblem-solve with, stakeholders from around the business(Commercial, Growth, Product, etc.) for yourrecommendations
  • Put your recommendations intoan exceptional communication, to convince senior leaders of theorganization to take action (C-level exposureguaranteed)
  • Receive outstanding training, aswell as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on yourteams
  • Learn how to solve business problems,using a hypothesis driven approach, to create businessimpact

The person:You...

  • Currently an MBA student in aglobally recognized, top-tier university
  • Haveexperience with top-tier management consulting or technology firmpre-MBA
  • Capable of both high-level strategicthinking and detailed execution
  • Have 3-5 yearsof relevant industry or functional work experience showingprogressive/promotion and academicachievement
  • Have outstanding oral and writtencommunication skills
  • Fluent inEnglish

  • Data Analysis andInterpretation

    • Proficiencyin analyzing large datasets using tools such asExcel ,SQL ,Python , orR to extractinsights.
    • Familiarity with data visualizationtools like Tableau ,Power BI , or Google DataStudio to present findings in an understandableformat.
    • Ability to apply statistical techniquesand methods to interpret data and identify trends, correlations,andanomalies.

    • Understandingof business strategy principles and the ability to help develop,assess, and refine strategic plans.
    • Ability toalign business goals with analytical insights to informdecision-making and organizationalgrowth.

    • Experiencewith project management methodologies (e.g.,Agile ,Waterfall ) to support efficientworkflow and timely delivery of strategy and analyticsinitiatives.

    • Basicunderstanding of financial concepts like budgeting, forecasting,and profitability analysis.
    • Ability to createfinancial models to support strategic decisions, especially forresource allocation, pricing strategies, or investmentassessments.

  • Communicationand Presentation

    • Strongverbal and written communication skills to present complex data andinsights to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Abilityto summarize findings into clear, actionable recommendations andsupport strategic decisions through data-drivenarguments.
    • Experience in creating presentationsusing tools like PowerPoint orGoogle Slides for senior leadership orclientmeetings.

  • MarketResearch and CompetitiveAnalysis

    • Conductingmarket research to identify trends, customer behaviors, andcompetitor strategies that inform strategicdecisions.
    • Familiarity with tools likeNielsen ,Statista , orSurveyMonkey to gather and analyzemarketdata.
