Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently via phone or inperson. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and quality meet the hotel standards. Set up and serve inroom dining orders with precision ensuring guest preferences are met. Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. Monitor and anticipate guest needs providing recommendations and personalized service. You are aware of revenue targets and assist in ensuring these are achieved and exceeded simultaneously all costs are controlled within preset budgets including beverage cost and other expenses. You will have a relevant professional certification or hotel school diploma and bring a wealth of past experience working for luxury hotels and restaurants in the Middle East.
