Job Description: Business Development Manager

Are you a dynamic, results-driven individual? We're seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and revenue growth of our e-sims by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Delhi, Chandigarh, Cochin, and Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and Generate Leads:
    • Research and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
    • Conduct proactive outreach via cold calling, email follow-ups, networking events, and referrals.
  2. Understand Customer Needs:
    • Conduct thorough research to understand prospective clients' needs and pain points.
    • Tailor sales pitches and presentations to address unique client requirements.
  3. Present and Demonstrate Products:
    • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and provide hands-on training.
  4. Build and Maintain Relationships:
    • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Regularly engage with clients to address inquiries and offer ongoing support.
  5. Negotiate and Close Sales:
    • Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms.
    • Close sales agreements in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Timely Invoicing, Collections, and Account Reconciliations:
    • Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
    • Conduct regular account reconciliations for accuracy.
  7. Account Mining:
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
    • Develop strategies to maximize revenue potential.
  8. Stay Informed and Report:
    • Stay up to date on industry trends and market developments.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities to management.

Qualifications:

  • Masters/Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 6+ years of success in forex, visa, or travel sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently as per business needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
