Seize opportunities to upsell services. Enter accurate and detailed data into the system. Meet key performance indicators such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and Average Handling Time (AHT). Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by exceeding expectations. Keep records of all conversations in the call center database clearly and accurately. Attend educational seminars regularly to enhance knowledge and performance. Achieve personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (Medical/Healthcare background preferred). Experience 2 to 3 years of similar work experience in UAE.
